I am currently a senior surveyor working for Bristol City Council and have worked for the Authority for over 26 years . In this time I have used many flooring contractors so I am able to make a professional assessment of the work carried out by N&S Flooring Ltd.
N&S Flooring have carried out various sized jobs for me ranging from patch repairs to complete property floor covering renewal including non slip coverings in wet room areas. I have found this company to be very competent and customer focussed . In my professional opinion I can confirm the standard of work is completed to a high standard and on time. On the rare occasion I have had to call this company back I have found them to be very quick and helpful to resolve any issues and their after care is excellent. Their operatives are polite and courteous to our customers and the Contract Manager I deal with ( Toni Palmer ) is very efficient and meets my high demands , standards, and very tight time schedules which I constantly impose on her. I would also confirm that their rates are very competitive and prove to be good value for money. I would recommend this company for this type of work, and would strongly advise allowing them to offer and demonstrate their professional and competitive service.

I have been working with N&S flooring for the past 4 months and would like to say how professional and helpful they are as a company, nothing is too much trouble for them whether I change my programme of works or the colour choices they readily accept and adapt.
Their fitters are friendly, polite and helpful, advising me of any further works that may be required after their fit i.e plinths that may need trimming, which is a great help. Their timekeeping is excellent and advice to the home owner after the latex and floor is laid is good customer relations. ( communication within their company is one of the keys to their success )
The floors always look good and are finished to a professionally high standard.
Health & Safety; all their records i.e Coshh, method statements and risk assessments are all in place & cover the necessary works. Their operatives never fail to wear the correct PPE.
